Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Our tiramisù and desserts are fresh, perishable food items, made to order and intended for immediate consumption.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup at hello@thetiramisuguy.com, including:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Pre-order cakes
• All food and dessert products
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Cakes and catering orders
